Returns & Refund

At Feozan Designs, we create both handmade items and digital products, many of which are custom-made or made-to-order. We take great care in what we deliver, and want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying experience. This policy is here to keep things fair and transparent for everyone.
1. Cancelling an Order
For Handmade or Physical Items:
- You can cancel your order within 24 working hours of placing it, but only if we haven’t started processing or production.
- After 24 hours, or once production has started, we’re unable to cancel the order (especially for customized or made-to-order items).
- If eligible, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Digital Products:
- Because digital files are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase, we do not offer cancellations or refunds for digital downloads once they’ve been sent or accessed.
2. Replacements (No Refunds After Shipping or Delivery)
We don’t offer refunds once an item (physical or digital) has been delivered, but we will gladly offer a free replacementin the following situations:
For Handmade / Physical Items:
You’re eligible for a replacement if:
- The item was damaged in shipping
- The item is defective or not working as intended
- You received the wrong item
To request a replacement:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
For Digital Products:
You’re eligible for a replacement (or file correction) if:
- The file is corrupted or not accessible
- You received the wrong file (e.g. wrong format or wrong item)
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your download, and send:
- Your Order ID
- A screenshot or short description of the issue
3. What Can’t Be Returned or Replaced
We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after dispatch or digital delivery
- The item was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
- You ordered a customized or made-to-order item that was already started or completed
- You downloaded or accessed a digital file, unless it was defective
4. How to Get Help or Request a Replacement

To raise a request, just email our support team with:
- Your Order ID
- A short explanation of the issue
- Any photos, screenshots, or videos if needed

Additional Notes
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Replacements depend on stock availability and issue verification
- For digital products, we may offer a corrected or alternative version if necessary
