Returns & Refund

At Feozan Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are made-to-order, we follow a strict but fair policy to ensure quality and transparency.

1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 working hours of placement, provided that processing or production has not begun.
  • Cancellations requested after this period cannot be accepted, especially for customized or fabricated items.

If eligible, refunds for cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank/payment processor.

2. Replacements (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds once an order is shipped. However, we will offer a free replacement in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended
  • The product is incorrect as per the order placed

To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue
3. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after dispatch
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or installation
  • Products that were customized or fabricated based on approved specifications
4. How to Raise a Request

Please contact our support team with:

  • Order details
  • Reason for replacement
  • Any relevant media (photos/videos)
